Instructions for E.A.G.L.E. Registration

 

E.A.G.L.E. membership allows you and your children to participate in all EAGLE activities. 

 

Early Bird membership fee for the 2023-24 school year is $75 per family. This fee pays for E.A.G.L.E. membership through June 30, 2024. The window to join at this rate is July 1 - August 3, 2023. After August 3rd, the membership fee for the 2023-24 school year (ending June 30, 2024) will be $100. Your E.A.G.L.E. membership application is not complete until you have filled out the application on the E.A.G.L.E. website and payment and all hard copies of the below documents are turned in so make sure all of that is taken care of before the deadline. See membership page on the E.A.G.L.E. website for dates/times/location to turn in hard copies of membership forms and payment.

 

August 3rd is also the deadline to join E.A.G.L.E. to be able to participate in the fall semester of enrichment classes. (Please note that E.A.G.L.E. membership does not guarantee a spot in enrichment classes.) If joining after August 3, 2023, you will not be able to participate in the fall semester of enrichment classes, but you may participate in other E.A.G.L.E. activities including the spring semester of classes as space allows. For those joining later, there will be a deadline to join to be able to take Spring Enrichment classes. See membership page on the E.A.G.L.E. website for the deadline date to join to be able to participate in Spring Enrichment classes as well as the dates/times/location to turn in hard copies of membership forms and payment.

THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS FILL OUT THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION ON THE WEBSITE (eaglehomeschool.com). From there you can print all other required documents. We need hard copies of each required page (see below). 


Required pages to fill out:

  • Membership Form (This is in addition to the online application.)
  • Agreement to E.A.G.L.E. Statement of Faith, Behavior & Dress Standards, and Code of Conduct
  • E.A.G.L.E. Testimony Form (You can use additional paper if needed.)
  • Waiver of Liability
  • Medical Release Form

 

Ways/Times to turn in:

 

·        Membership may be turned in in person during Fall Enrichment Classes at Rienzi School  every Tuesday, Sept. 12-Nov. 14 between 11:00am-3:00pm.

 

·        November 14, 2023 is the deadline to join E.A.G.L.E. to be able to participate in Spring Enrichment Classes.

  • Check made payable to EHS.
  • Cash (Please bring correct change)
