Instructions for E.A.G.L.E. Registration
E.A.G.L.E. membership allows you and your children to participate in all EAGLE activities.
Please note: If you were not a member for the 2025-26 school year, you are considered a new member and must fill out new member paperwork.
Also, please note the changes to the E.A.G.L.E. Behavior and Dress Standards.
Early Bird membership fee for the 2026-27 school year is $75 per family. This fee pays for E.A.G.L.E. membership through June 30, 2027. The window to join at this rate is July 1 - August 6, 2026. After August 6th, the membership fee for the 2026-27 school year (ending June 30, 2027) will be $100. Your E.A.G.L.E. membership application is not complete until you have filled out the application on the E.A.G.L.E. website and payment and all hard copies of the below documents are turned in, so make sure all of that is taken care of before the deadline. See below for ways to make payment and turn in hard copies of the required membership documents.
August 6, 2026 is also the deadline to join E.A.G.L.E. to be able to participate in the fall semester of enrichment classes. (Please note that E.A.G.L.E. membership does not guarantee a spot in enrichment classes.) If joining after August 6, 2026, you will not be able to participate in the fall semester of enrichment classes, but you may participate in other E.A.G.L.E. activities including the spring semester of classes as space allows. The deadline to join E.A.G.L.E. to be able to participate in the spring classes is the last day of fall classes, November 17, 2026. Membership paperwork and payment can be turned in during fall enrichment classes on Tuesdays.

The first thing you need to do is fill out the online membership application (red button link below). From there you can print all other required documents. We need hard copies of each required page. You can access those required documents by clicking the appropriate link (either new member or returning member) below. Please note that the car tag application purchase is a fundraiser for EAGLE and is NOT a requirement for membership.
