STATEMENT OF FAITH:
REMINDER: You must have completed the membership requirements by August 15, 2019, to be eligible for enrollment in fall classes.
EAGLE Membership runs from June through May of each school year. The requirements for Membership are as follows:
1. Please print out, read and submit completed hard copies of the following support forms. These forms may be submitted in person at Eagle events, or may be mailed to: Karla Massengill, 1659 Bankhead Highway, Hickory Flat, MS 38633.
2. Pay the $50 EAGLE Membership Registration Fee, using the button below to pay via PayPal, or by mailing a check made payable to Eagle Homeschool Association with your forms.
3. Fill out the Membership Registration Form by either printing the form to mail in with the other forms, or by using the electronic form below. Be sure to click SUBMIT at the end of the form. Please make sure your name, address, and email match the one used when you made the payment.
When you have submitted the Membership Form, all four support forms, and the membership fee, your registration is complete!
