STATEMENT OF FAITH:
Membership registration for the 2020-2021 school year is open!!!
Though you may join Eagle at any time of the year, the membership deadline to be eligible to attend fall enrichment classes is August 13, the date of our Organizational Meeting that kicks off our new year. This allows us to better anticipate our enrollment for the fall.
EAGLE Membership runs from July through June of each school year. The requirements for Membership are as follows:
1. Eagle Membership is reserved for families with students that have been withdrawn from public school with the intent of using a home instruction program.
2. Anytime after July 1, please print out, read and submit completed hard copies of the four following support forms. These forms may be submitted in person at Eagle events, or may be mailed to:

3. Pay the $50 EAGLE Membership Registration Fee, using the button below to pay via PayPal, or by mailing a check made payable to Eagle Homeschool Association with your forms. The PayPal button below is NOT attached to the registration form - please be sure you submit both independently.
4. Fill out the Membership Registration Form by either printing the form to mail in with the other forms, or by using the electronic form below. Be sure to click SUBMIT at the end of the form. The form is not linked to the PayPal button. Please make sure your name, address, and email match the one used when you made the payment.
When you have submitted the Membership Form, all four support forms, and the membership fee, your registration is complete!
